A spacecraft electronics company required a Thermal Vacuum Cycling Test system to validate and qualify their highly sensitive components that would be subjected to the extreme temperatures of space.  Several spare conflat ports were required to meet future demands for custom feedthroughs. 

LACO’s team of engineers configured a custom thermal vacuum solution based on our standard cube-style FST2020 platform. Utilizing a closed-style refrigerated-heating circulator, we produced a highly-effective solution delivering a temperature rating of -55 °C to +125 °C which meets and exceeds the thermal requirements outlined by the customer.

Our thermal cycling  (TVAC) systems meet NASA GSFC-STD-7000 standards for vacuum bake-out, temperature margins, thermal cycling, soak time performance, and pressure.
