Global automobile manufacturer required a leak test system for high voltage switchgear tanks. Customer requirements included working collaboratively with to develop a leak test system with a test chamber that could accommodate various part sizes and achieve a tight leak rate reject limit. 

We worked together with the customer to engineered a custom turnkey leak test system that utilized SF6 as a leak test gas using the accumulation leak test method. The large test chamber fit multiple part sizes featured adjustable mixing fans for gas mixing.
