A worldwide manufacturer of scientific and medical products requested a turnkey helium leak test system for leak testing disposable bioprocess containers. Customer requirements included leak testing at at very low leak rates  for six separate part models, aggressive cycle times, and data logging of pass/fail and leak rates. 

We engineered a custom automated leak testing system with dual clam shell-type aluminum test chambers with a sniffer probe to identify leaks at sealed ports. The system incorporates an automated sniffing accumulation test method and is connected to a helium mass spectrometer leak detector in order to achieve high sensitivity, test reliability, uptime, and fast cycle times.
