A medical device manufacturer required a CVD vacuum chamber that could accommodate multiple part testing and tight temperature controls. We engineered a custom 12" W x 12" L x 10" H Cube High (CH) Vacuum Chamber with electropolished interior and exterior, and CVD vacuum chamber with exterior channels for heating fluid for temperature control. The chamber features removable shelving that accommodates multiple part testing.
