Custom Solution | Vacuum and Pressure System for Product Testing Electronic Components

Electronics manufacturer required a vacuum and pressure system for their product development that could vacuum down to 1 Torr and be pressurized with a positive pressure of 15 psig. They wanted to be able to control the vacuum pressure and positive pressure automatically. We engineered custom vacuum and pressure system integrated with a Series VH 12″ x 12″ Vacuum Chamber and a VC-3000 vacuum controller (now the VC-2500). The VC-2500 provided automated vacuum control with customizable software and test recipes for their unique and complex vacuum processes. The controller integrates vacuum gauges and valves, allowing the customer to operate in automated mode or interlocked manual mode.
