Custom Solution | Multi-Chamber Vacuum Curing System

A manufacturer required a large vacuum system with easy loading and unloading. Vacuum system needed the ability to cure products while under heat, low pressure and with inert gases present. A single PLC-controlled system is used to process product through three vacuum chambers simultaneously with the flexibility to add additional curing chambers as needed. Powerful control system allows for custom recipes for adjusting heat, vacuum levels, and inert back-fill gases to low pressures for product treatments.
