An Engineering Company required a High Vacuum Chamber to test and validate the integrity of their product parts.
LACO engineered a Horizontal Cylindrical High Vacuum Chamber with a 75″ long internal rollout shelf mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf for easy loading and unloading of customer parts.
System has a 304 stainless steel #4 grain polish on the inside and glass bead blast exterior and it is mounted on a ruggedized mobile frame.

- Chamber Configuration: 36” OD x 80″ L Horizontal Cylindrical High Vacuum Chamber, made of 304 stainless steel and a #4 grain polish on the inside and glass bead blast exterior.
- Chamber Door Configuration: Chamber has two doors; Door 1 is connected to the internal shelf (304 SS) mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf while door 2 is at the opposite end and is a hinge swing style with no attachment to the chamber shelf.
