A global provider of laboratory testing products and services required an vacuum testing system to test ensure product integrity at high altitude using ASTM D6653 standards. Application requirements include a high capacity chamber and flexible, automated operation.
We engineered a custom, automated altitude testing system featuring a 36″ Cube Industrial Vacuum Chamber and VC-2500 Vacuum Controller.
KEY FEATURES
- 36″ X 36″ X 36″ cube vacuum chamber with front opening swing hinged clear door, o-ring gasket seal, door clamp closures, and support feet for mounting casters
- VC-2500 Vacuum Controller features programmable evacuation, vent, and hold conditions in any sequence, data logging, and testing up to five configurable recipes of 20 steps per recipe
