24/7 Support Now Offered to Customers with a Preventive Maintenance Agreement

We are proud to announce the launch of our 24/7 Support Service program. You can now contact LACO Technologies any time (twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week) to receive technical product support right when you need it. See the details below for regular and after hours support information.

AFTER HOURS
After hours support is available to existing customers via phone (call or text), and live chat.

If you do not have a password, but would like access to after hours support, please submit a request to us by filling out the contact form on our website.

The after hours support portal page will provide you with our after hours phone number, and a link to where you can initiate a live chat conversation with a member of our staff.
