Expedite requests will be reviewed and approved based on availability.

NOTICE: Evaluation Fee Acknowledgement*

I agree to a $125 evaluation fee if the leak standard can not be calibrated or repaired, other calibration charges will be waived/refunded (LSLE01)

NOTICE: Repair Service Acknowledgement*

I agree to an additional $215 repair fee if the leak standard can not be calibrated due to contamination. After repair, the rebuilt leak standard will be calibrated. Only applies to LACO manufactured leak standards. (LSLR01)

Biological Hazard Acknowledgement*

I verify the return material shipment is free of biological hazards, radioactive material, organic metals or mercury contaminated chemicals. This is in compliance with Federal OSHA Safety Standard 1910-1200, Hazard Communications “Right to Know”, to ensure LACO personnel safety when receiving, disassembling, or servicing potentially contaminated equipment.

Prepayment of GROUND ONLY return shipping - USA ONLY - add $40. There will also be $100 added for "Dangerous Good Shipment" if calibration is for a reservoir leak standard with internal pressure greater than 15 psig (30 psia).
