LACO Technologies Announces Agreement to Join the Atlas Copco Group
Salt Lake City, Utah — February 20, 2026 — LACO Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of vacuum solutions, vacuum chambers, and advanced leak detection systems, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to become part of the Atlas Copco Group’s Scientific Vacuum Division. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2026.

LACO’s 110 employees will join the Atlas Copco Group’s Scientific Vacuum Division, under the leadership of President Michael Eichorn. LACO will continue to operate from its Salt Lake City headquarters, maintaining its focus on engineering excellence, customer collaboration, and long-term partnerships.
