We engineered a custom thermal cycling system with cold finger & electric heat that provides high vacuum operation and extreme temperature capability for large-format hardware testing. The 72″ diameter by 110″ long cylindrical chamber integrates an LN₂ cold finger for low-temperature performance and electrically heated channels cast into a large aluminum platen. The combined thermal design supports a –150°C to 150°C operating range. A dual-door layout enables the platen to roll out from one end of the chamber to simplify loading, inspection, and instrumentation. The HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller regulates temperature transitions, pump sequencing, and chamber operations, while the ruggedized mobile frame supports installation and service access.

LACO engineers can provide onsite engineering support and training to assist in setting up the device, ensuring there are no issues or errors, and training personnel on how to use the system.

LIR Bake-Out Controller System

The Frontier TVAC LACO Infrared (LIR) Bake-out Controller System gives you control of your vacuum chamber bake-out process. This system controls the power to the heat source and uses thermocouple feedback to regulate the temperature of the vacuum chamber. The heaters are small, high power quartz lamps that operate inside of the vacuum chamber. These heaters harness the radiant heat emitted by the IR lamps, enabling them to swiftly achieve surface bake-out temperatures compared to alternative surface heating methods.

LRS Cellular Remote Support Kit
