A municipal power utilities provider required a vacuum system with a custom-sized chamber for component testing.
To meet this need, we engineered a complete vacuum system built around a large 24″ x 30″ Series VI chamber. Custom port locations were added to support the customer’s test setup, and a digital vacuum gauge was integrated to improve monitoring during operation. The system also includes a two-stage rotary vane pump and a vacuum trap to maintain clean and stable performance. Mounted on a portable cart provided by the customer, this vacuum system for utilities provider applications offers a straightforward and dependable platform for routine testing work.
