A manufacturer of production assembly systems required a system for degassing of large quantities of oil within an efficient cycle time.
To achieve relatively short cycle times, we designed and built a vacuum degassing system for high volume oil with a 3/4″ shaft mixer with a controller. The controller agitated the oil, which increased the effectiveness of the vacuum degassing and ultimately reduced cycle time.
