Custom Solution | Vacuum Degassing Chamber for High Viscosity Medical Products

A medical product manufacturer required a medical-grade degassing system for a high-viscosity solution. In order to expose more of the solution to the lower pressure at the surface, we incorporated a powerful mixer that rapidly turns the solution over so that more of it is exposed to the vacuum. The mixer promotes faster, more effective degassing, particularly with thicker solutions. Based on our standard Series VI 18″ X 20″ VI Vacuum Chamber, this chamber custom features options and accessories such as medical-grade #4 Grain mechanical polish finish, custom drain port, and feet to elevate the chamber.
