A manufacturer of HVAC components and systems required an automated leak testing system for two unique A/C coil parts.
We engineered an automated turnkey leak test system utilizing the hard vacuum leak test method. By using a mixture of helium and nitrogen as a tracer gas, the customer used less helium. The leak test system achieved maximum efficiency, throughput, and flexibility through a custom-tooled, L-shaped test chamber.
