A company specializing in clean energy and energy storage solutions required an automated vacuum degassing system. Application requirements included thermal heating capabilities for heating molded components under vacuum.

We engineered a fully automated, portable vacuum degas system with a custom 30″ DIA x 15″ H vacuum chamber (based on our standard 24″ X 16″ VH Vacuum Chamber) with an internally heated 26″ DIA aluminum shelf in bottom of chamber, powered by electrical heater mounted underneath. The HVC-3500 controller provides automated vacuum and temperature control, customizable software, and adjustable test recipes for their unique testing requirements.
