A global cybersecurity and missile defense firm required a custom turnkey leak test system to test gas-pressurized missile steering system components. Customer requirements included the ability to test multiple part configurations with multiple gases and operate in a clean room environment.
We engineered a custom RGA hard vacuum system with a vertical cylindrical test chamber and a PC-based control platform. The system allows operators to select and test with multiple purge gases while maintaining accurate calibration through a multi-gas calibrated leak manifold. Integrated software manages test sequencing, records data, and generates detailed reports to meet documentation requirements.
