Customer required a custom leak test system using R410a to leak test refrigerant control valves. System requirements included:

Leak test refrigerant-charged control valves using the refrigerant (R410a) as the tracer gas
High production demand
Prevent valve components and residues from interfering with leak measurement signal
Method of calibrating the system

We engineered a custom, dual-chamber leak test system using RGA refrigerant as the tracer gas. Multiple leak test chambers accommodated batch testing and increased throughput with a leak test manifold calibrated for multiple calibrations.
