We engineered a custom leak test system using the helium hard vacuum leak test method and dual vacuum test chambers and leak detectors for fast cycle times. Custom tooled leak test fixtures accommodated multiple part sizes.

High pressure booster for nitrogen proof test of the refrigerant circuit increases the pressure from 80 psig to 625 psig
