A global technology firm required a large vacuum chamber with significant internal volume for testing oversized components used in manufacturing and medical applications.

To meet these requirements, we engineered a custom 36″ W x 60″ H x 24″ D chamber based on our Series CI Industrial Cube platform. The chamber features an aluminum body and hinged aluminum door with a glass bead blast finish for clean operation and durability. Custom ports, including an 8″ diameter glass viewport, were integrated for process visibility. Floor-mounting holes and support feet were added for stable installation. The system is rated to 1 x 10⁻³ Torr and is helium leak tested to ensure vacuum integrity in demanding test environments.
