A food service company required a High Vacuum System for Food Product testing under controlled vacuum and positive pressure conditions. The system needed automated control, repeatable test cycles, and flexible recipe programming to support unique product validation requirements.

LACO engineered a custom solution based on our 12″ Cube High Vacuum Chamber paired with the VC-3500 Vacuum Controller. The stainless steel chamber supports both vacuum and positive pressure testing, while the controller enables programmable evacuation, backfill, hold, and vent sequences. With automated vacuum control and data logging, this system delivers consistent and repeatable results for food product evaluation.
