A company specializing in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical hermetically sealed relays, time delay devices and mating sockets required a helium bombing system. Using our standard 10″ X 10″ Bombing Chamber, we engineered a custom tabletop bombing system integrating our ATLAS™ Leak Test Process Controller for automated control over both bombing chambers.

The 10″ DIA X 10″ H vertical manual helium bombing chamber is designed for pressurizing medium to large size parts for helium bombing applications. LACO’s Manual Gas Charge Manifold provides all features to evac, fill and vent the chamber. The chamber is electropolished 304 stainless steel construction and has a removable clamped lid. The chamber is ASME certified and operates up to 100 psig and full vacuum and is helium leak tested.
This ATLAS Leak Test Process Controller configuration is ideal for users who need either automated helium bombing charge control or automated pre-fill of their parts before leak testing. The ATLAS Controller allows for fully automated part charging process, up to...
