A global manufacturer of industrial hose required a leak test system capable of testing multiple sizes and styles of automotive air conditioning hose within a single chamber. The system needed to support varying hose lengths, connection types, and production demands while maintaining consistent test performance.

To meet these requirements, we engineered a custom coffin-style leak test system designed around a universal vacuum chamber. The chamber incorporates internal hose routing with interchangeable connectors, allowing quick changeover between hose configurations without tooling replacement. Automated chamber motion improves operator safety and repeatability, while integrated helium calibration ensures consistent leak rate verification. The system uses the helium hard vacuum leak test method to deliver reliable results for medium- to high-volume production environments.
