A manufacturer of naval defense products required two custom vacuum chambers for component testing. We engineered a stainless steel bombing chamber and a leak test chamber, both designed to meet the precise needs of testing naval defense components under vacuum and pressure conditions.
Stainless Steel Bombing Chamber
Our 9″ x 15″ ASME Pressure Bombing Chamber design includes a helium and vacuum connection, vent port, and vacuum gauge. With an internal capacity of 3 gallons, the chamber operates up to 100 psi and is ASME stamped and approved for 110 psi. It offers a reliable and efficient solution for high-pressure leak testing.
Leak Test Chamber
This inlet port vacuum leak testing chamber, with dimensions of 12.75″ OD x 12″ H, is built with a 304 SS body and glass bead blast finish. The chamber is designed with a top 304 SS lid, featuring a L-gasket lid seal and a hinged lid for easy access. The flat-bottom NW 40 port in the center is designed for seamless integration with leak detection equipment.
