An international medical device manufacturer required a vacuum chamber for laser welding capable of operating under both inert atmosphere and high vacuum.

We engineered a custom system based on our Series VH vertical high vacuum chamber, incorporating a sapphire viewport with a 0.94″ viewable area to support focused laser access to the weld zone. Additional custom ports were integrated to enable venting, backfill, and controlled gas handling for various welding environments.
