Our Custom 3D SUS Bag Single-Chamber Cylindrical Leak Test System features a cylindrical single-chamber with roll-out access. The test chamber includes a test port where 3D-style single-use bags from 50L to 1000L in volume can be attached for automatic leak testing. The system utilizes a hard vacuum helium tracer gas testing method with a helium mass spectrometer leak detector for high sensitivity, test reliability, uptime, and fast cycle times. Our state-of-the-art technology can detect leaks 3-5μm hole equivalent or larger, ensuring your products are free of leaks and defects.
