A technical and construction services company required a vacuum chamber for electrical product testing that could support repeatable test profiles, custom test recipes, and detailed data logging.

Out Solution

To meet these requirements, we engineered a custom system built around our 30″ Cube High Vacuum Chamber, configured for high-vacuum performance and flexible test integration. The chamber features a front-loading, left-hand door design with support feet for tabletop or cart-mounted operation. A large 8″ ISO160 borosilicate glass viewport, along with four additional 1.49″ viewable areas, provides clear visibility during electrical test cycles. Multiple chamber ports—including NW, CF, and ISO connections—accommodate sensors, cables, instrumentation, and electrical feedthroughs. The system reaches 1 x 10⁻⁴ Torr with a powerful pump package and includes a helium leak rate of 1 x 10⁻⁸ atm-cc/sec for vacuum integrity.
