A medical device manufacturer required two custom vacuum chambers for component testing at controlled pressure levels.

We engineered matching 25″ L x 23″ W x 13″ H chambers: one with a single door and one with dual stainless steel swing-hinged doors for improved part handling. Both chambers are constructed from 304 stainless steel with a glass bead blast finish for clean operation and durability. Each unit includes 20″ W x 10″ H borosilicate tempered glass viewports mounted with clamped hardware to maintain strength and vacuum integrity. The design supports a vacuum rating of 0.01 Torr and utilizes an O-ring door seal for repeatable performance. Custom viewport sizing and a spare door were provided to support ongoing testing needs.
