An aerospace manufacturer required a high vacuum chamber for aerospace component testing heavy flight components.

We engineered a custom chamber based on our standard Series Horizontal High (HH) 24″ X 30″ Vacuum Chamber and included electropolished stainless steel, custom ports, and two shelves resting in a dual v-rail system capable of supporting parts up to 100 lbs. The chamber is rated and tested to reach a vacuum level of 1 x 10^-6Torr.

Chamber Door Configuration: Chamber has two doors; Door 1 is connected to the internal shelf (304 SS) mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf while door 2 is at the opposite end and is a hinge swing style with no attachment to the chamber shelf.
System Configuration: system mounted on ruggedized mobile cart
Shelf: Internal rollout shelf attached to one of the doors, approximately 75″ long for easy loading and unloading of customer parts
