A global medical technology company required a vacuum chamber for medical manufacturing that could support product testing and research applications while providing clear visibility of the test process.

Our Solution

Based on our Series CH platform, we engineered a custom 20″ Cube High Vacuum Chamber with a front-loading hinged stainless steel door and two 6″ borosilicate glass viewports for direct process observation. The chamber includes multiple removable stainless steel shelves to support various product configurations and a glass bead blast finish for clean operation. A Buna O-ring seal and precision-machined door interface support high-vacuum performance to 1 x 10⁻³ Torr, while the system integrates with a two-stage 14 CFM oil-sealed rotary vane pump for consistent evacuation during medical manufacturing test cycles.
