This 12″ x 18″ horizontal industrial (HI) series vacuum chamber supports industrial testing where visibility and easy access are important. LACO engineered the system with a 304 stainless steel body and a clear 1″ thick acrylic hinged door, which improves durability and allows full viewing of the test process. The front-loading layout and cradle-style feet also make it easy to place on a tabletop or integrate with a LACO mobility cart. With manual valves on the vacuum, vent, and gauge ports, the chamber supports stable operation at moderate vacuum levels, and helium leak integrity ensures reliable performance during routine testing.

Chamber Configuration: 36″ OD x 80″ L Horizontal Cylindrical High Vacuum Chamber, made of 304 stainless steel and a #4 grain polish on the inside and glass bead blast exterior.
Chamber Door Configuration: Chamber has two doors; Door 1 is connected to the internal shelf (304 SS) mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf while door 2 is at the opposite end and is a hinge swing style with no attachment to the chamber shelf.
System Configuration: system mounted on ruggedized mobile cart
Shelf: Internal rollout shelf attached to one of the doors, approximately 75″ long for easy loading and unloading of customer parts
