This vacuum chamber with pull-out shelves supports industrial part testing where easy loading and clear visibility are important. LACO engineered the 12″ DIA x 18″ L horizontal chamber with a 304 stainless steel body and a hinged front door for straightforward access. Two manual pull-out shelves glide on rail supports to simplify part transfer in and out of the chamber. A 6″ borosilicate glass viewport provides a clear view of the process, while cradle-style feet allow the chamber to sit securely on a benchtop or integrate with a LACO mobility cart.

Chamber Configuration: 36″ OD x 80″ L Horizontal Cylindrical High Vacuum Chamber, made of 304 stainless steel and a #4 grain polish on the inside and glass bead blast exterior.
Chamber Door Configuration: Chamber has two doors; Door 1 is connected to the internal shelf (304 SS) mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf while door 2 is at the opposite end and is a hinge swing style with no attachment to the chamber shelf.
System Configuration: system mounted on ruggedized mobile cart
Shelf: Internal rollout shelf attached to one of the doors, approximately 75″ long for easy loading and unloading of customer parts
