This vacuum chamber for research & development supports projects that require clear access, stable operation, and consistent monitoring. LACO engineered the 12″ DIA x 18″ L horizontal industrial (HI) design with a durable 304 stainless steel body and a front-loading acrylic hinged door, which gives users direct viewing of the test area. A 4″ viewing section on the rear of the chamber adds another monitoring point and helps track changing conditions during testing. Cradle-style support feet also allow the chamber to sit securely on a benchtop or mount to a LACO mobility cart for added flexibility. With ISO100 vacuum porting and helium leak integrity, the system provides reliable performance for laboratory and research workflows.

Chamber Configuration: 36″ OD x 80″ L Horizontal Cylindrical High Vacuum Chamber, made of 304 stainless steel and a #4 grain polish on the inside and glass bead blast exterior.
Chamber Door Configuration: Chamber has two doors; Door 1 is connected to the internal shelf (304 SS) mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf while door 2 is at the opposite end and is a hinge swing style with no attachment to the chamber shelf.
System Configuration: system mounted on ruggedized mobile cart
Shelf: Internal rollout shelf attached to one of the doors, approximately 75″ long for easy loading and unloading of customer parts
