A defense and aerospace company required a leak test chamber for aerospace components that could integrate with an existing base plate used for helium leak testing.

We custom engineered a vertical bell jar chamber with a removable top to attach directly to their existing setup. Custom side and lid ports were added to support helium instrumentation and test connections. The chamber configuration also included a calibrated leak standard with the vacuum chamber, enabling on-site calibration and verification of test system performance.

Applications

Leak detector vacuum chambers are designed to mount directly to a leak detector’s inlet port, providing a reliable solution for helium leak testing. These chambers are compatible with the TITAN VERSA as well as other major leak detector brands. Standard models are available in multiple sizes and configurations, with custom designs available for specific applications.

Our standard leak test chambers are used for inside out hard vacuum leak testing.
