A medical device manufacturer required a Vacuum Coating Chamber for Medical Devices that could support multi-part processing and maintain strict temperature control during CVD coating.

To meet these requirements, we designed a custom 12″ W x 12″ L x 10″ H chamber built on our Series CH High Vacuum platform. The system features an electropolished interior and exterior to support cleanroom operation and minimize contamination. Exterior heating-fluid channels provide stable and repeatable temperature control during coating cycles. Removable shelving increases throughput by allowing multiple components to be processed at once. The chamber maintains a high-vacuum rating of 1 x 10⁻⁷ Torr, making it suited for demanding CVD coating environments.
