The 40″ Cube High (CH) vacuum chamber provides a large internal volume for high-vacuum applications including degassing, material evaluation, component testing, and contamination-controlled processes. The chamber is constructed from 304 stainless steel with a stainless steel hinged door, providing a stable sealing surface and durable performance in laboratory or production environments.

The chamber reaches vacuum levels down to 1 x 10⁻⁷ Torr when paired with a suitable pump package. Standard NW ports include an NW25 vacuum port, an NW25 vent port, and an NW16 gauge port for system monitoring. The 40″ cube configuration supports optional shelves, electrical and thermocouple feedthroughs, heated platens, and internal accessories to support a wide range of test requirements.
