The 36″ Cube Industrial (CI) vacuum chamber provides a large internal test volume for degassing, drying, vacuum bake-out, and component evaluation. The stainless steel chamber body delivers strength and durability for industrial and laboratory use, while the aluminum door reduces weight and operates on an H-style hinge for stable access and repeatable sealing.

The chamber reaches vacuum levels down to 1 x 10⁻³ Torr when used with an appropriate vacuum pump and includes three standard ports: a vacuum port with manual ball valve, a vent port with manual ball valve, and a 0–30 inHg vacuum gauge. The 36″ cube configuration accommodates large parts, assemblies, and test fixtures and can be configured with optional feedthroughs, shelves, viewports, and custom porting.
