LACO’s talented engineers designed a Custom Vacuum Oven System based on our 36″ Cube High (CH) Vacuum Chamber with internally heated shelf design, three adjustable shelves/trays for customer parts, and Leybold VD 100 Multi-Stage Roots Style Dry Vacuum Pump. The entire system process is controlled by the feature-packed HVC-3500 Vacuum & Temperature Controller.

  • System Platform: Custom 36″ Cube High (CH) Vacuum Chamber features a stainless steel body and front-loading hinged swing door with clamp closure
  • System Enclosure: Ruggedized frame w/heavy-duty casters and electrical panel enclosure
  • Process Controller: HVC-3500 Thermal Vacuum Controller for programmable test recipes and data logging for vacuum, pressure, and temperature
  • Shelf: three adjustable shelves/trays for customer parts
  • Heating System: Single zone internal shelf heating which allows direct and uniform control of temperatures through conductance heating of the shelf and customer parts
