  • Chamber Configuration: 36″ OD x 80″ L Horizontal Cylindrical High Vacuum Chamber, made of 304 stainless steel and a #4 grain polish on the inside and glass bead blast exterior.
  • Chamber Door Configuration: Chamber has two doors; Door 1 is connected to the internal shelf (304 SS) mounted to a rail system to open the chamber by sliding the door away from the chamber on a frame structure, exposing the chamber and the internal shelf while door 2 is at the opposite end and is a hinge swing style with no attachment to the chamber shelf.
  • System Configuration: system mounted on ruggedized mobile cart
  • Shelf: Internal rollout shelf attached to one of the doors, approximately 75″ long for easy loading and unloading of customer parts
