Cube Vacuum Chambers

Cube vacuum chambers provide efficient use of internal volume, especially for cube-shaped test objects. Standard configurations are available in stainless steel or aluminum (Series CI) for industrial vacuum, and stainless steel (Series CH) for high vacuum applications. Chamber sizes range from 12″ to 48″ depending on series.
