Leak Testing Manifolds

Description
LACO has developed an innovative product for production leak detection applications. This valve manifold allows the user to connect a single helium leak detector and an external roughing pump to two test chambers. Also integrated into the manifold is a pressure gauge and calibrated leak for on-the-fly calibration checks. When configured with an Alcatel ASM180T leak detector, a 2021 (15 cfm) roughing pump, and with two 500 cc test chambers, a cycle time of less than 10 seconds per test can be achieved at a leak rate of 5 x 10-7 atmcc/sec.
