Series HU Ultra High Vacuum Chambers Series HU high vacuum chambers are designed for vacuum levels below 10-9 torr and are ideal for a variety of high vacuum applications where extreme cleanliness and ultimate vacuum performance are required. Constructed with a stainless steel body and door with metal gasket door seals, we offer sizes ranging from 12" to 26" OD and offer many custom options and accessories.
Series VH Vertical High Vacuum Chambers Series VH high vacuum chambers feature a vertical cylindrical design constructed with a glass bead blast finished stainless steel body and lid with an L gasket seal, these economical vacuum chambers are ideal for a variety of general vacuum applications. Series VH chambers are helium leak tested and guaranteed for vacuum performance down to 1x 10-6 torr with the appropriate vacuum pumps.
Series LD Leak Detector Vacuum Chambers From standard vacuum chamber designs to custom vacuum chamber and leak test fixtures, our vacuum chambers are designed for fast, reliable helium leak testing. We utilize state-of-the-art design and fabrication technologies suited to vacuum applications.
Standard Leak Test Chambers
Designed for mounting on leak detector inlet, our standard leak test vacuum chambers feature stainless steel chambers with hinged lid or an economy self sealing "L" gasket design with clear acrylic lid. Standard vacuum chamber dimensions range from 4" OD x 4" H to 12" OD x 12" H.

Ideal for a variety of general high vacuum applications, all chambers are helium leak tested and guaranteed for vacuum performance down to 1x 10-8 torr.

Series CH Cube High Vacuum Chambers Series CH high vacuum cube chambers feature competitively priced, high performance, high volume chambers with hinged doors. Constructed with a stainless steel body and door and o-ring seals, they are ideal for a variety of general high vacuum applications including those requiring multiple internal shelves. All chambers are helium leak tested and guaranteed for vacuum performance down below 1x 10-7 torr.
