Designed for peforming critical calibrations or to be used as a reference. Built with all metal seals, these bakeable standards can be calibrated with most gases or mixtures using primary methods. Available with capillary element (10-7 to 10-2 atmcc/sec) or glass element (10-9 to 10-6 atmcc/sec – Helium only)
